WESST Training Schedule (MARKETLINK and more) & AIBA Events
AIBA's own Think LOCAL! Lunch Roundtable, every second Weds, 11:30 to 1:00 at Office Alternatives. Attendance limited to 15. Fee: $15.00 (to cover catered lunch by Blue Plate Special.) Think LOCAL! is a round table meeting with your fellow AIBA members, held the second Weds. of every month at AIBA member, Office Alternatives. We have a brief "get you started" presentation (10 minutes or so) by a subject matter pro, with a few tips. It's an informal way to get together, do some quality, low-key, low-cost networking, and share ideas. There is a fee of $15.00, paid via Paypal to cover lunch, catered by AIBA member Blue Plate Special. Attendance is limited to 15 due to space and to allow lots of idea-sharing.

June: Recent HR legislation & What It Means To You. Presenter: Mary Rutland, HR by Mary Rutland. There have been lots of changes - in everything from workers comp to employee rights.
July: Customer Loyalty, How To Create It & How To Keep It. Presenter: Mary Ellen Merrigan, Connecting Point Communications. A "satisifed" customer will leave you in a heartbeat, but how do you create lasting loyalty?
August: Moving From A "Brick & Mortar" Business To An Online One. Presenter: Jane Butel. Jane will talk about lessons she learned in moving her cooking school to a web-based biz.
September: D.I.Y. Financial Health Check. What You Need to Know to Stay Healthy, In Good Times And Bad. Presenter: Leroy Pacheco, Executive Director, The Loan Fund.
October: The Changing World Of Marketing & Media. Presenter: Laura Smigielski Garcia, Marketing Solutions
November: The Changing World of PR. Presenter: Lucy Rosen, The Business Development Group, Inc.
